The United States has restored Iran’s frozen funds in South Korea. The head of Iran’s central bank confirmed that items that do not have sanctions will be purchased. According to the US National Security Spokesman, Iran can buy food, medicine and medical equipment and 6 billion dollars of Iran will be transferred to Qatari banks. U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken said he was not providing sanctions relief to Iran, adding that the release of Americans had nothing to do with sanctions on Iran
