All the political and non-political parties, including themselves, received the first jolt of lightning when at the last moment, a person was nominated as the caretaker Prime Minister, which was announced in the name of the caretaker Prime Minister, in the name of the caretaker Prime Minister, to which all the people were surprised to refuse. We already have an answer to the question of where this name came from and why no one has the courage to object to it. After such a sudden setback, it was expected that the factions who had bowed their shoulders with patience and patience in the name of the Prime Minister would again be adjusted to the state government and brought out of the shock. For Sindh Province
Although the name of the chief minister, who was appointed as the caretaker chief minister, was also given by the PPP, the caretaker provincial cabinet which was added later, it seems that as a result of the PPP’s stubbornness on the name of the chief minister, the rest of the cabinet will again be brought by those who brought their prime minister to the federation a few days ago. Apparently, the members of the Sindh cabinet seem to be associated with some party or the other and it seems that all the stakeholders in Sindh i.e. PPP, MQM, JD, and others have been given representation, but very few people can understand what is the real party of these people belonging to different parties.
However, the leadership of the parties of those ministers who have become ministers is also worth seeing, that is, they do not seem happy even after taking the gift that the parties have received in the form of ministers, which is why after a few days of silence and patience, now the problems within all the parties have started coming to the fore in some form or the other. In this whole matter, apparently, only the PML-N is happy in the federation, while the PPP has officially demanded that the general elections be held within 90 days by forming the CAC in this regard. Obviously, the way to fight the factions who want to prolong the caretaker government in a political manner is also to strengthen the demand for re-election on time to thwart their plan.
After the CAC meeting at Bilawal House on Friday, the PPP leadership said that the amendment to the law is not the mandate of the caretaker government. According to the PPP leadership, we were told that the elections will not be delayed due to restrictions because if the elections are postponed by 90 days, there will be a constitutional crisis. Sherry Rehman, Murad Ali Shah and others also said that the digital census has been controversial, so the election should not be delayed by justifying the census-based restrictions. A journalist present on this matter asked the former Chief Minister of Sindh the same question that IIn the last few years, I have reiterated that if you had objections to the census, then why did you go to the CCI meeting on it and correct the approval document? It’s too late.
This strange logic was presented, that is, if even now the constitutional justification for making new restrictions was being given on the basis of the approval of the results of the census, then what was the need that an anti-Sindh census, on whose results the whole of Sindh has objections, Syed Sughro went to Islamabad and pointed his finger. Syed Saghari in consultation with the PPP leadership on the approval of this census with anti-Sindh results
If he is right, then the answer will surely be given by the party leadership itself, but if Syed Saghari has done this at the behest of others or to get their pleasure, then this question will continue to haunt him. At the same time, the question will also remain in place that the former Chief Minister of Sindh himself had declared the census as anti-Sindh many times and declared that he would not believe it, then what were the reasons why he accepted the results of the census in a hurry and spoke against the corrected census with his own hands and now wants to get sympathy from the Sindhi people. Did he not know at that time that by increasing the census process by a month, the population of Sindh was increased by eight million rupees? After such manipulation, the same seats of Sindh will remain intact, but in practice, the seats of one national and three provincial assemblies will be reduced from the two cities of Sindh, while in Karachi, three provincial seats and one national seat will be added again.
Surprisingly, the MQM started protesting with strong objections to the earlier count, after which it also got the results of its choice, but in the government of the party representing Sindhis, the former chief minister of Sindh himself took his hand from the case before losing the case, due to which the party also got the anti-Sindh results. Many questions have to be answered.
I am personally of the opinion that if there was a will of the party leadership, the entire party leadership would certainly not have sat together and opposed it again. To the question of supporting digital census despite objections, the former Chief Minister of Sindh has a strange logical answer that our aim was to hold the elections on time, we did not want the elections to be postponed due to the census. CAC
The meeting was very important in which all the members expressed confidence in the leadership of Asif Zardari and Bilawal Bhutto. On the other hand, Nawaz Sharif has decided to return from London, from which it can be inferred that on the one hand, the PPP has started showing eyes to the real factions to ensure that on the other hand, Nawaz Sharif has decided to return from London. It may be in which direction the winds are turning. According to reports, former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has decided to return from London in October. In this regard, after a meeting of the Sharif family in London, Shahbaz Sharif said that Nawaz Sharif’s name was not there in Panama till far and wide, despite that he was involved in Panama through conspiracy.
He has decided that Nawaz Sharif will return in October. Such an announcement makes the situation clear that on the one hand, the PPP is in favor of holding elections quickly and timely, and on the other hand, what is the PML-N caretaker government’s tenure? PTI chief Imran Khan’s condition in this entire episode is similar to the evil of Urdu.
I am mentioned in their gathering, but I am not included,
Wow, luckily I don’t enter,
Is no one in Hasan’s coach capable of this now?
We turn around, but there are no killers…
Elections without mentioning Imran, who was out of the cold war and silently started by the PML-N and PPP
The Commission has again taken the stand that after the amendment of Section 57 of the Election Act, the Election Commission has the power to give the dates or dates of the elections. When the President dissolves the Assembly on the recommendation of the Prime Minister under Article 58-1 of the Constitution, it is the power of the Election Commission to give the date. In response to a letter written by the President for a meeting with the Chief Election Commissioner, the Chief Election Commissioner has refused to meet and wrote that the Commission is of the opinion that the meeting will have limited results in the present situation. Before this amendment, the date of the presidential election was fixed.
Under the amendment, the Election Commission has the power to give the dates or dates of the election, Chief Election Commissioner Sikandar Sultan Raja has said in a reply letter to the President that Article 485 of the Constitution should be read along with Article 582 of the Constitution. Under the recommendation of the Prime Minister, the President dissolved the Assembly that the date is the prerogative of the Election Commission, under Article 48-1 of the Constitution, the President will follow the advice of the Prime Minister. Clause 5 of Article 48 of the Constitution is uninterrupted. The Election Commission has also started consultations with the political parties to convince the political parties, according to the Election Commission.
He stressed that the elections should be held within 90 days according to the constitution, there is no need for restrictions at this time, immediate release of various arrested leaders and workers of the party should be ensured, and the party should be allowed to hold political rallies. Before that, the Election Commission should complete the austerity process.
Though the Election Commission has announced to hold consultations with other major parties in the country, I think all these tactics are being used to actually delay the election. In this regard, some people say that they will not hold elections as long as there is a bat mark on the ballot paper. In view of such a situation, a petition has also been filed in the Supreme Court to hold elections within 90 days after the dissolution of the National Assembly in the country.
The petition has apparently taken the stand that the matter of digital census and restrictions should be left to the next government and an order should be issued to hold the general elections within 90 days.
On the petition filed in the Supreme Court, I am apparently writing the word because sometimes the process of filing petitions against itself has also been seen many times in this country with the aim of doing the same thing on its own platform before it comes to challenge with strong arguments from a strong faction. It is just as the police themselves file a case in the government’s complaint on the police stations that the flow flows from all sides, but then after a few days of silence, it will be known that the government is deliberately benefiting the defendant by not doing the next or presenting weak evidence as a hammer.
Have the winds started to change their direction?
