ASI Javed Ahmed has Submitted his Resignation

Sheikhupura: ASI Javed Ahmed of Punjab Police has submitted his resignation due to severe inflation and low salary. Javed Ahmed, ASI of Punjab Police, wrote that I have served the police department with honesty for 14 years. My half salary is consumed by the job. I have turned 38 and haven’t been able to build my own house or get married. A rickshaw driver earns more than me. In these circumstances, I am resigning. Former Chief Minister of Punjab, Parvez Elahi, and other rulers have made false promises to increase the salaries of junior ranks in the police, which has resulted in severe financial distress for the police. 😔
